Oh why we are so glad you asked!! Our current offerings are listed below.

Updated 9/20/19

Sails Up Saison

ABV: 5.5% IBU: 30

Crisp, light Belgian Ale with hints of spice. A great beer to get you started on your summer adventure.

Camille’s Golden IPA

ABV: 6% IBU: 80

Named for Joe's beloved Golden Retriever of 16 years, our flagship IPA combines a smooth malt base with a mighty hop wollop! As part of our Ranch Dog series, a portion of proceeds from this brew is donated to the Heartland Humane Society in Corvallis, OR.

Rudi Can’t Fail IPA

ABV: 6% IBU: 75

An IPA designed for IPA lovers, Rudi Can’t Fail is brewed with Cascade and Rudi hops to give it a clean, sharp profile without being overly bitter.

Rake the Forest

ABV: 6.5% IBU: 0

Trying to do our part in the prevention of Forest fires by rakin’ up the forest, gathering the Spruce Tips, throwin’ em in the barrels. It’s bigly sour, yuge. Covfefe for all, and to all a tremendous Covfefe.

Belgian Dip (Belgian Dark Strong ale)

ABV: 11% IBU: 25

Dark. Malty. Strong. It’s how we drink it in Belgium. It’s called a Belgian Dip.

Barrel Aged Belgian Dip (Belgian Dark Strong Ale)

ABV: 13% IBU 25

The Orginal but stowed away in Pinot Noir Barrels. Oaky, smooth, strong.

Beaver Creek Kriek (2017)

ABV: 9% IBU: 20

The second batch of our Coolship brews is here! Spontaneously fermented ale tucked away in Pinot Noir barrels with some of our Rainier cherry friends. This years Kriek is funky, tart and full of surprises.

King of the forest

ABV: 7% IBU: 2

Our Oud Bruin consists of our Spruce Tip Ale that has been tucked away in Pinot Noir barrels for the last few years and then blended with fresh Spruce Tip Ale. Truly a unique, complex beer that should not be missed!

A Hef Has no name

ABV: 6%   IBU: 20

A man has a thirst. A woman recommends Hefeweizen. Classic Bavarian style Hef.

2018 Barrel Aged Spruce Tip Sour

ABV 6.5% IBU: 25

Sour fans rejoice! We took a few barrels of our 2018 vintage Spruce Tip Brown Ale and hid it away in pinot noir barrels for about a year to give it a taste that’s slightly sweet, slightly sour, and 100% delicious.
